Service conditions

1. PURPOSE

These Terms regulate the provision of subscription services offered on the Restaura.pro website (hereinafter, "the Platform"), owned by Óscar Ribas (C/ Padilla, 242 – 08013 Barcelona, NIF: 46950755-G), to provide analysis and management tools for restaurants.

2. SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

2.1. Restaura.pro offers two subscription plans:

• Basic Plan: €49 per month.
• Premium Plan: €99 per month.

2.2. All fees are paid in euros through the Stripe payment gateway. The user will receive an electronic invoice after each payment.

3. DURATION AND CANCELLATION

3.1. There is no minimum commitment period. The subscription renews automatically month to month until the user cancels it.

3.2. The user can cancel at any time from their personal area. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period; no additional charges will be made, and access will remain active until the renewal date.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1. Once payment for the current month has been made, no refunds are permitted.

4.2. If the user requests cancellation during the already paid period, the service will remain active until the end of the contracted month, and no new charges will be generated.

Menu Modifications

• 5.1. To provide truthful and updated data when registering and contracting the subscription.
• 5.2. To make diligent and lawful use of the Platform, respecting applicable regulations and third-party rights.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. Restaura.pro is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the service.

6.2. The Platform is offered "as is" and does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors.

Menu Modifications

7.1. Restaura.pro reserves the right to modify prices, plans, or content of the Platform, providing at least 15 days' notice via email to the user and publication on the website.

Data Processing

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at our privacy policy.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any judicial dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
